Bank managers oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies which promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Job Requirement

• Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Economics, Leadership, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field of discipline

• Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of banking experience with at least 1 year service at a supervisory level. Certification in IFB related trainings is an advantage.
