Job Description
Executive assistants are advanced administrative professionals who work with top-level executives or in international facilities in various industries. They organise meetings, organise and maintain files, arrange travel, train staff members, communicate in other languages, and manage the day-to-day operations of the office.

In addition to the above competencies, the position holder will among other functions; manages the preparation of annual plan for the Chief Executive Office and provide a range of advices to the CEO on top of assisting the CEO on the various activities of the Bank. The job holder will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and providing advice on the full range of operational and strategic issues to the CEO of the Bank.
Job Requirements:
Educational and Work Experience:
• MBA/MA or BA degree in Management/ Business Administration/ Accounting/Economics or related fields of study with 11 years of relevant experience of which 4 years on senior management positions for BA holders or 9 years of relevant experience of which 3 years on senior management positions for MBA/MA holders. Experience of assisting and advising the CEO in financial institution is mandatory. The requirements of National Bank of Ethiopia remain applicable
