Job Description

Chief Officer work by setting the overall strategic direction of the company alongside the board. Plans and implements the long-term business strategy of the bank to achieve its overall objectives.

• Place of work: Head Office (Office of Deputy Chief Officer of Marketing and Partnership)

manages the marketing, research, public relation and partnership process of the Bank, he/she is responsible for Planning, organizing,
directing, coordinating, controlling and supervising the overall process of marketing, research, public relation and partnership of
the Bank in line with the best practices, policy and procedures of the Bank.

Job Requirement

Educational and Work Experience:

• MBA/MA or BA degree in Marketing Management/Business Administration/
Economics or related fields of study with 11 years of relevant experience of which 4 years on senior management positions for BA holders or 9 years of relevant experience of which 4 years on senior management positions for
MBA/MA holders. Experience in marketing management is mandatory
while experience in financial institution is advantageous. The requirements of National Bank of Ethiopia remain applicable.
