Position: Customer Service Officer (Full-Fledged IFB Branch)

• Place of Work: Head office
• Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale

Job Requirement

• Qualifications: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
• Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Customer Service Officer on IFB window. Certification in IFB related trainings is an advantage
