Job Description

  • Prepares and signs legal notice Form to be served on Defaulters

  • Prepares statement of claim and defense

  • Represent the bank in loan litigation's in hearing and investing before courts of law in its defense of suit against third parties  

  • Prepares statement of appeal and opens the file at the appellate court if a decision can be appealed

  • Institutes’ action for a bill of costs and execution

Qualification

  • LLB Degree 

Experience

  • 3 Years of relevant Experience.
