Job Description
Principal Database Administrator performs backup and recovery on Database Management Systems, configures database parameters and prototype designs against logical data models, and defines data repository requirements, data dictionaries and warehousing requirements.
Job requirements
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology and Information Systems or related fields
6 years of relevant work experience out of which 3 years as a Senior or equivalent role preferably in the banking sector
Certification of IBM DB2 and/or Oracle, Certification of open source operating system (Unix, Linux) Or Trainings on Network and Security are an added advantage.
