Job Summery

The Senior Accountant is responsible to oversees the company’s accounting department .They take ownership for every aspect that goes into producing an organization‘s report from cost productive and margins all the way down to expenditures .

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Check inventory (GRN SIV GTV) at the proper chart of account by Peachtree & Monitor. 

·         Check imported items cost build up sheet for import & export cost to a system by Peachtree & Monitor. 

·         Check Daily Production Report

·         Gathering running costs from GL, Machine layout and work orders to enter cost data to excel Format  

·         Prepare & Post Cost allocation to manufacturing cost according to proper work order in Excel, Peachtree & Monitor.    

·         Prepare & Post finished goods unit cost by Peachtree & Monitor. Report to Finance manager for approval. The reporting should be via email

·         Check Account receivables  reconciliation with controlling Accounts

·         The reports should reliable, Complete, timely, and based on defined format and frequency

·         Verify import, Export and cost of Manufacturing according to proper account in Monitor & Peachtree. 

·         Reconcile and Report GIT, Export & WIP with Control account & Excel Sheet.

·         Check Sales Transaction.

·          Verify Cash and bank reconciliation Report by monthly.

·         Check Account receivables  & AP reconciliation with controlling Accounts

·         Verify all the necessary tax

·         Check work order follow up  report such as what cut, sewed and packed and received by  store

·          Verify Daily production sheets with machine layout.

·         Verify  unit cost on Peachtree & ERP for finished goods

·         Assist in preparation of Payroll

·         Prepare monthly first draft financial report.

·         Providing Report Specifying Comparing factors affecting price & profitability of product.

·         Prepare and assist with developing audit schedules for the annual audit.

·         Verify the payment request and sales invoice

·         Report that mentioned at the above E-mail to any concerned body.

·         The reports should reliable, Complete, timely, and based on defined format and frequency

·         Perform all work that given by the Finance Senior Staff

Job Requirements

·         Bachelor's degree in Accounting

·         Minimum of 4 years of proven and progressive work experience, preferably in Garment manufacturing.

·         IFRS certification is advantageous

·         Good skills in computer application in Peachtree accounting software and also ERP
