Job Description
Business Development Managers are responsible for driving business growth within a company. They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities, and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
Job Requirements
Master’s degree in marketing management, business management or related fields with a CGPA of 2.8 and above in both undergraduate and graduate programs.
Excellent Interpersonal, Communication (verbal and written) & presentation skills
At least two years experience in business development, sales, marketing or related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proactive, and able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other applications/software.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio etc.)
Fluency in both English and Amharic is required.
Knowledge or experience in research and consultancy is a plus.
