Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensure project work plans are implemented effectively and on schedule, with full compliance to contracts signed between Intrinsic and clients, including development partners. - Assist in project intervention activities, assess progress against deliverables, and raise timely concerns when deviations occur. - Monitor tender platforms and announcements daily to identify new funding and business opportunities, including those from development partners and donors. - Assist in the development of new project concepts and strategic initiatives to expand the firm’s service portfolio. - Develop training materials, modules, and guidelines relevant to the projects and their target beneficiaries. - Ensure effective internal communication between the project team and head office to align on deliverables and resolve issues promptly.

Master's Degree in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Apply agricultural finance knowledge, especially in input/output finance; financial literacy; and micro-insurance in implementing the DFS project and supporting team members and stakeholders. - Manage the crop and livestock insurance system and support in the development and designing the features of the technology.  - Follow up with the technology service provider on deliverables, timeline and performance according to the contract.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Development studies, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, Management, Banking, Rural Development, Project Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage overall multipurpose cash assistance project implementation in all intervention zones and woredas collaboration with Government stakeholders at different levels. - Provide technical support on MPCA project activity planning, implementation strategy design and application according to the IRC cash program implementation guidelines and procedures. - Conduct mapping and networking of potential financial service providers in each intervention area to facilitate safe and secure cash transfer processes.
