Job Description

To be responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance and providing general information about organization to clients, employees and staff.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To understand the duties of front desk, maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.

  • Attending visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and handling them appropriately.

  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.

  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.

  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer.

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

  • Organize conference and meeting room bookings.

  • Assist colleagues and perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.

  • Excellent communication skills
