Currently, the company has obtained accreditation to offer master’s programs (MSc in Project Management, Analysis, and Evaluation and MSc in Accounting and Finance) at its Addis Ababa Campus. Furthermore, our Bahirdar Campus is accredited to offer master's programs (MSc in Project Management, Analysis and Evaluation, and MBA) as well as degree programs (BA in Accounting and Finance and Marketing Management). The company would like to recruit a general manager who is capable of managing its business activities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven general manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. The detail responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily business operations.
Developing and implementing growth strategies.
Training low-level managers and staff.
Creating and managing budgets.
Improving revenue.
Hiring employees.
Evaluating performance and productivity.
Analyzing accounting and financial data.
Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
Generating reports and giving presentations.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and requirements:
Master’s degree and above in Management, Economics, or related areas
Work experience: 5 years and above as general manager or dean position
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well within a team and individually.
Demonstrated writing capacity in English
