Job Description
Summary of major duties
Planning, organization, and implementation of policy dialogue forums;
Ensure the preparation of dialogue forum reports, policy briefs and other pertinent documents and undertake follow up activities post policy dialogue forum;
Organize networking and experience sharing workshops;
Prepare quarterly and annual work plans, narrative and financial performance reports of the sub-project
Prepare monthly activity plans and execute in consultation with the sub-project coordinator;
Facilitate and coordinate organization of policy dialogue forums for federal, regional, local government officials, and civil societies;
Facilitate and oversee logistical arrangements for relevant meetings and workshops;
Perform other duties as may be assigned
Job Requirement
MA or BA Degree in relevant Social Sciences, in Human Rights or related fields
2/4 years of relevant work experience
Experience in policy works and liaising with government and civil society organizations and organizing policy dialogue forums
Team-oriented and good interpersonal communication skills;
fluency in spoken and written English is required.
Salary (Gross): 28,050.00 (plus employment benefits)
work station will be in Addis Ababa
