Job Summary

The Admin Assistant responsible for experiencing basic knowledge in secretarial duties(Organizing records, typing skills, Computer basic knowledge & skills, Customer handling & communication skill); registers and files letters ,minutes, circulars, memoranda and other materials Screens visitors, schedules appointments and arranges telephone contacts to and from supervisor.

Job Requirement

Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management/Administrative Service Management with 2/4 years relevant work experience.

Place of Work: Head Office
