Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Report to management and provide decision support through financial analysis.

• Develop, review and monitor the preparation and execution of the company’s budget.

• Manage and supervise all finances: sales, local and import purchases, bank reconciliations, internal audits.

• Conduct account reconciliation regularly on a monthly or quarterly basis.

• Develop strategies to minimize financial risk

• Analyze trends and develop projections for the firm’s finances and report on how the company and future business might be impacted.

• Provide financial reports every three months and interpret financial information for company Director while recommending solutions.

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

• Constantly monitor costs and pricing to determine real-time profitability. 

• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. 

• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.

• Assisting with annual audit preparations.

• Communicating to Production department in drafting and executing action production plans

• Verify and monthly excise tax, withholding tax, salary tax and pension figures + VAT as well as annual tax. And confirming effectively present and paid and duty recognized in the company’s book of account.

• negotiate with the tax authority during audits.

• Develop and present cost sheet every month.

•  Prepare and developing import cost breakdown as well as manage all import related documentation.

• Verify revenue reconciled with z-report and manual.

• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.

• Review accuracy and completion of payroll transaction accrued during the month end.

• supporting accountant and junior staff as required or assigned.

• Performing other accounting duties.

 Starting date: Immediately after employment agreement concluded

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.

• Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.

• 5+ years of accounting experience.

• Strong financial analysis skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.

• Ability to train and manage staff. 

• Effective organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. 

• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

• People oriented and results driven.

• Good organizing and planning skills

• Ability to manage a complex and demanding workload with flexible behavior

• Proven skills and knowledge in Accounting Information System Software
