We manufacture and distribute our flagship brands, Super Eagle and Crystal are renowned for their great taste and quality. Our new leading edge manufacturing and bottling facility is located in Cha Cha - Debre Birhan.

 Job  Responsibilities

 Ø  Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

Ø  Be actively involved in recruitment by, posting ads and managing the hiring process

Ø  Assess training needs and development trainings manuals

Ø  Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

Ø  Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements

Ø  Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Ø   Assist in performance management and employee evaluation

Ø  Adhere to laws and regulations

Ø  Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals

Ø  Ensure that all staff information are properly filed, updated and confidentiality is maintained

Ø  Update the quarterly recruitment tracking sheet and share to the concerned staff

Ø  Create CV pool system that can be used for emergency recruitment.

Ø   Support other day to day HR activities.

Job Requirements

Qualification

 ü  BA degree in business management, public Administration, and HR management or related fields.

 Experience

 ü  Minimum of five years’ experience as Human Resource position

Skills Required

 ü  Must be able to multi-task and is detail-oriented.

ü  Excellent organizational and requirement skills.

ü  Exceptional communication skills, judgment and decision-making ability.

ü  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English & Amharic

ü  Ability screening, selecting, summarize and conducting an interview.

ü  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

ü  Must be able to work proactively and anticipate future needs or obstacles before they arise.

ü  Demonstrate initiative in the work environment.

ü  Flexible and team player.
