Our new leading edge manufacturing and bottling facility is located in Cha Cha - Debre Birhan.

Main Responsibilities:-

Tax Controller

·         Ensure taxes are reported and tax payments are settled in a timely manner and in accordance with country regulation.

·         Ensure adherence to tax regulations of Ethiopia and local municipalities.

·         Investigate new tax laws and developments tax reduction initiatives.

·         Identify issues that may arise in tax dealing.

·         Organize quarterly and annually income tax provisions.

·         Record keeping of foreign income tax filings.

·         Maintain proper filing for all relevant proclamations, regulation, directives, and other documents.

·         Ensure the robust and efficient tax planning and filing with the relevant bodies.

Internal Controls

·         Review Management Reconciliation File.

·         Prepare and post journals for the finance functions.

·         Monitor Internal Audit Findings close outs.

Routine Accounting

·         Calculate and process Incidence Adjustments

·         Taxation Journals – prep and posting

·         Preparation of Tax Computation

·         Computing dividend recommendations

·         Petty cash balances every month

·         Keep the confidentiality of financial information.

·         Being punctual and security follow office discipline of the organization

Job Requirements

Qualification

Ø  BA in Accounting and related.

Experience

   Previous experience in a similar position in a big corporation for at least 3 years

 Skills Required

Ø  Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

Ø  Ability to manipulate large amounts of data

Ø  Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations

Ø  High attention to detail and accuracy
