Logistics interns responsibilities are receiving or delivering items to the depot, ensuring that the baggage is correctly or safely packed, and ensuring that all the luggage in a sufficient amount is sent or collected

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Help supervise incoming shipment to ensure that they are accurate.

• Review shipment documentation such  as invoices and packing lists

• Provide the logistics department with clerical tasks

• Follow up on shipments & document clearance

• Manage permission applications from the government office eg banks, customs

• Making sure that the company follows the relevant governmental rules and responsibilities and regulations in its activities

• Produce all required documents for each shipment and monitored shipments to guarantee on time delivery

• Follow up purchasing order status, delivery schedule and shipping document

• Communicate with transistor agents for clearance process

• Cross check invoice from supplier before shipment

• Ensure the company receives the necessary shipping document for materials to be imported for custom clearance

• Coordinate and track shipments
