We are looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to join our team. If you have previous experience in inventory management, stock control and store supervision, this is the job for you.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels, closely follow up on incoming and outgoing goods and raw materials

• Managing and overseeing the inventory, warehouse operations and keeping record of operations

• Prepare regular reports of inventory status

• Documentation of incoming and outgoing products

• Managing subordinate staff and ensuring smooth flow of operations

• Coordinate with logistics department for fleet arrangement to have timely delivery

• Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock

• Assess incoming goods and vet the quality and reject defects where necessary and report to the line manager

• Other additional duties assigned by the line manager

Requirements:

• BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management or any relevant field

• At least 2-3 years experience as Store Supervisor, Inventory Control, Warehouse Management, or a similar role 

• Basic computer skills 

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
