Our client in the import trade of office and banking solutions is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team. If you have been working as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the sales and marketing of office solutions, furniture import and banking solutions & supply chain and like to work closely with multiple stakeholders then this is the job for you.
Your key responsibilities will be:
A sales role emphasis, good in developing and maintaining relationships with both customers and suppliers,
Have good eye for details while keeping the focus on the big market view, to achieve the goals of the company
Search for opportunities and close ongoing deals
Search for tenders for procurement
Carry out market research to identify market opportunities
Prepare presentations and proposals to prospective clients to sell and promote the company’s products
Identify and carry out all necessary research to define client problems and demand
Regularly generate and present reports setting out the findings, conclusions, and recommendations arising from market research and analysis projects
Develop a marketing strategy to a standard of the state of the art of the global business environment.
Manage showroom and related activities
Develop and lead a sales team, showroom staff as well as field sales and telemarketers/digital marketers
Compile and report to upper management and engage with us in planning and strategy development
Requirements
BA in Marketing Management, Management, Business Management, Economics, or any relevant field
Minimum of 5 years experience working on sales of imported furniture items
Must have demonstrated experience in show room management
Able to lead a team of individuals with mixed backgrounds,, business, marketing, admin and related departments
Highly competitive and result oriented
