We are seeking a talented and ambitious Account Manager to join our team at YES | Your Employment Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, and achieving revenue targets.

Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll take on in this role:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and meetings

  • Achieve revenue targets through successful placements and upselling of additional services

  • Prepare reports and provide updates to clients on the progress of their recruitment campaigns

  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to build relationships and generate leads

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients through regular meetings and communication

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities through networking and lead generation

  • Negotiating contracts and fees with clients

  • Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers

  • Providing advice and guidance to clients on recruitment strategy and market trends

  • Building and maintaining a network of industry contacts to stay up-to-date on market trends and potential job opportunities

  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction

  • Managing and tracking key performance metrics, such as revenue generation and client retention rates

  • Providing regular reports and updates to management on business development and client relationship activities

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

So, what do we need from you? 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or sales within the service industry 

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients and candidates

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
