You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to finding the best candidates for the job and making sure the recruitment process runs smoothly.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and evaluating candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.

  • Researching and identifying potential candidates, and reaching out to them to gauge their interest in the position.

  • Managing the negotiation and onboarding process for new hires, including extending offers, negotiating salaries and benefits, and handling paperwork and orientation.

  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records and reports on the recruitment process, including tracking the progress of candidates throughout the process and maintaining a database of potential candidates for future opportunities.

  • Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including answering any questions they may have about the company or the role.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

  • Continuously updating and refining recruitment strategy to ensure the best possible results

  • Keep yourself updated with the industry trends and best practices in recruiting

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, along with 2+ years of experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills. And let's not forget proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email. If you're a motivated, eager-to-learn, and never-give-up kind of person, we want to hear from you!
