Washington Medical Center (WMC) is looking for an efficient, courteous Customer Service Manager who possesses excellent customer service skills. To succeed as a Customer Service Manager, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy. You should be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant field of study
A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a customer service Manager.
Experience in a healthcare institutions is an advantage
Experience in providing customer service support
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Proficiency in English
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Customer service orientation
