Washington Medical Center (WMC) is looking for an efficient, courteous Customer Service Manager who possesses excellent customer service skills. To succeed as a Customer Service Manager, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy. You should be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant field of study

  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a customer service Manager.

  • Experience in a healthcare institutions is an advantage

  • Experience in providing customer service support

  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques

  • Proficiency in English

  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools

  • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications

  • Ability to think strategically and to lead

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills

  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

  • Customer service orientation
