Has solid experience on technology companies. Work with clients, finding the right technological hardware and software products to suit their business. Need to maintain client relationships, provides pre-sales as well as after sales support and key contact point for customers. The position requires an individual to have a good business judgement with a broad understanding of Information Technology.

Duty and Responsibility

• Has experience on post sales activity.

• Must take certifications with core company vendors.

• Identifying marketing opportunities and developing sales leads.

• Upselling and cross-selling on existing accounts.

• Preparing and delivering sales pitches and product demonstrations Follow up on customer orders as necessary.

• Developing a sales strategy

• Strong negotiation skill

• Ensuring competitiveness by analyzing and researching industry trends.

• Servicing existing customer base through a planned calling schedule

• Being pro-active in the opening of new accounts to ensure the Company products are available at all new points of consumption

• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

• Prepare Tender responses.

Job Requirements

Education: 

• University degree in Information Systems or related subject

Experience: 

• Minimum 2 Years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Management on Information Technology preferably has experience on technology company.

Skills

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve organizational and project objectives.

• Strong self-management, multi-tasking and time management skills
