Job Description
Accountants review and analyse financial statements, budgets, financial reports, and business plans in order to check for irregularities resulting from error or fraud, and provide their clients with financial advice in matters such as financial forecasting and risk analysis. They may audit financial data, resolve insolvency cases, prepare tax returns and provide other tax-related advice in reference to current legislation.
Cost managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of cost-related decision making within their organization. They work to ensure that costs are controlled and managed effectively, while also ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded.
Salary : Negotiable
Duties & Responsibilities:
Make up a balance sheet displaying an overview of the organization's current financial situation. Take into account income and expenses; fixed assets such as buildings and land; intangible assets such as trademarks and patents.
Collect, entry, and prepare the set of financial records disclosing the financial position of a company at the end of a certain period or accounting year
Analyzing costs by studying historical data, identifying trends in expenses, and recommending cost reduction strategies
Monitoring budgets and expenses to ensure compliance with company policies
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or in a related field of study
Experience:
8 years experience in the Real Estate industry
