Job Description

The Food and Beverage Controller is responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items. He/She records information and produces control reports periodically to help maintain a suitable inventory of food and beverage items for the hotel.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Qualification:  BA Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related filed

  • Knowledge in CNET Hotel management system is mandatory

  • Minimum Experience: 3 years ( 5 Years for Diploma holders) of experience as Food and beverage controller  in hotels or international restaurants
