Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Food Processing Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 5 years should be in a senior management role with P & L and workforce management responsibility. Duties and Responsibilities  - Develop and lead the execution of factory operational plan in alignment with the strategies defined at the corporate level and assure optimal plant performance and productivity, - Develop and manage the plant's annual operating budget, including production costs, labor expenses, inventory management, etc., within guidelines set by the corporate leadership. - Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to identify opportunities to reduce costs, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency
