Report to: Operation Manager

Employment Status: Permanent

Quantity:-4/four/

  • Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies. Ensures that food is top quality and that kitchen is in good condition. Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Tourism Management, Business Management, ,or a Level 4  in hotel and tourism from a professional technical institute.

Experience and skills:

  • 7 years working in the hotel industry, at least 5 years working in a responsible position.
