Job Requirements
Qualifications:
BA in Hotel Management, Business Administration or any related filed.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Wellness and Spa Manager in a luxury property or a well-established SPA brand.
Passionate about the Spa and Fitness world.
Demonstrated strong leadership, team, and communication skills are essential.
Strong working knowledge of Spa, membership, and recreational software.
He/she should be able to develop and implement wellness and SPA operational goals, policies, procedures, and service excellency strategies
As the head of the wellness and spa, he/she would play a very important role in the day-to-day operations of the wellness and Spa division
he/she should strive to maintain and motivate the entire SPA team, and able to create a culture of care and service excellence among employees
