Job Description

Position: Senior Customer Service Officer

  • Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits

  • Follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.


• Place of Work: Jimma & Shashemene
• Salary As per the Bank’s Scale

Job Requirement

• Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree from a recognized Higher Learning Institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or any related field of discipline.
• Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Customer Service Officer.
