Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Clerk will assist in ensuring that the company receives payment for goods and services offered to clients.
Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
Assists in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger.
Qualification and Experience:
· MBA in Accounting & Finance Management, Economics or related fields with four (4) years of demonstrated experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience OR. Advanced Diploma in Accounting & Finance, Economics or related fields with ten (10) years of demonstrated experience.
