We invite qualified applicants for the position of Training Manager at one of our clients Huawei Technologies Ethiopia PLC to develop and maintain functional and secure an Enterprise networks.

The Training Manager is Responsible for

• Have at least two to three years of experience in selling ICT technical products or services. Have some understanding and practical experience in customer requirement analysis and solution customization.

• Have independent experience in customer requirement survey and interview, customized solution design, customer solution presentation, project bidding, and training planning & delivery.

• Be proficient in using Office software (such as Word, Excel, and PPT).

• Skills in market insight, marketing planning, consulting sales, and leadership improvement are preferred.

• Familiar with at least one Huawei product (such as datacom, transmission, core network, cloud, and Big Data).

• Extroverted personality, likes to communicate with others, loves training business

Job Requirements

• Project management experience is Needed

• BSc in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or in related fields

• 2-3 relevant experience

• English is the working Language, Knowing French is preferable
