Africure Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Ethiopia PLC  is a well-established Pharmaceutical Company with diversified scope in manufacturing of pharmaceutical products in different African Countries. We are commissioning a new Manufacturing plant for oral solid (tablets and capsules) and liquids at Kilinto Industrial Park, in Addis Ababa.

Main Responsibilities:

• Performs all microbiological analysis for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.

• Performs water analysis.

• Conducts environmental control programs.

• Performs validation and calibration as required.

• Responsible for culture conservation (growth promotion).

• Assists in issuing SOP’s for microbiological methods.

• Ensures that work is compliant with GLP & GMP.

• Be responsible for work area cleanliness.

• All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Personal Attributes:

• Knowledge of trends and innovations in the area of quality control management.

• Good oral and written communication skills are needed to communicate with senior

• Management, other departments or branches, and for writing quality control procedures.

• Keen observation abilities, alertness.

Job Specification:

• B.Sc or MSC In microbiology.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food manufacturing sector

• Ability to understand and comply with GMP.

•  Computer operation ability is an asset.

• Strong Observation Skills.
