Job Description

The Senior Customer Service Officer will provide front office customer service support at the branch. S/he will handle account management transactions, respond to customer enquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Job Requirement

Qualification: BA degree/diploma or level IV in Management , Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field of studies

 Work experience: A minimum of 2/4 years relevant work experience in Banking Industry.

 Terms of employment: permanent after probation period.

 Salary: As per Bank scale

 Work place: Bishishe and Bore Branches under Jimma district
