• Ensure Accounting Operations standards and requirements are    met   

• By reviewing each and every document before Effect the payment.

• Apply Accounting Systems, Processes, and Control standards and ensure that Financial Risk Management standards are followed. Segregation of duties applied for internal control, No payment has been done without checked & approved.

• Prepare monthly Financial Reports for all projects: Monthly reports including grant project report (VI data) submitted to HUB properly.

• Involve in budget preparation, cash flow analysis, budget management and control in collaboration with program staff.: Participate in FFR review and share ideas with management team and all officers regarding budget management to avoid over/underspending and for accurate utilization.

• Follow-up and ensure that AP, HUB, and HO level purchase   items are procured on time and   collected as per the requested date of delivery: All purchased items collected from CPO properly.

• Maintain annual warehouse and fixed asset inventory register of the AP and ensure its timely submission.

• Annual physical count has been done and each staff confirmed by signature for assets on hand.

• Ensure that appropriate tools like CFP and mentoring are practiced within finance team and other staff under supervision to enhance smooth staff relations and accountability and provide effective and satisfactory services to all customers (both internal and external). Teams under supervision participated on CFP and agreed to provide satisfactory service to all customers.

Job Requirements

Required Professional Experience

• Able to work with simple technical and surveying equipment with good knowledge of drafting techniques and principles.

• Good communication and presentation skill.

• Able to work with hand tools.

• Experience: 2 - 4 years

• Preferred: MBA, ACCA, CPA related fields

• Technical Training qualifications required: Excellent computer skills in Excel & Sun-systems software.

Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification.

• BA Accounting and Finance

• Ability to act in professional and ethical manner, Firm belief in teamwork, gender equality, participatory approach and sustainable development.
