Job Description:
Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance garment customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate garment product needs and plan product ranges/stock
Collaborate with Garment buyers, Garment suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
Maximize Garment customer interest and sales levels by displaying garment products appropriately
Garment Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets of Garment
Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs of garment

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Degree holder by Apparel Merchandizing
Minimum 2 years’ experience by Merchandizing officer in garment industry or manufacturing is must )
Excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing and listening
Strong time management abilities, including planning and prioritizing workloads
Effective strategic planning, both for the short-term and long-term
Thorough understanding of merchandising trends and industry best practices
In-depth knowledge of industry-specific trends and issues
Exceptional ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusions
Creative and innovative thinking
Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to managers, staff and suppliers
