The main responsibilities of this role will include generation of timely and accurate stocks statistics and managing and ensuring reduced stock variances.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Prepare weekly/ Monthly management report e.g. monthly management statistics, shrinkage report, inventory material report etc and circulating on a timely basis to the relevant staff.

·         Prepare management presentation reports for a warehouse and shop on a weekly basis.

·         Ensure all manual documents relating to sales are correctly posted into the system in the correct accounting period.

·         Post sales credit memos relating to stock returns into the system after validation of the same.

·         Actively attend/participate in periodic stock count exercises, prepare related variance reports and analysis of the same and effecting agreed adjustments arising thereof.

·         Ensure accurate posting of daily stock flow into the system including transfers to correct accounts/locations.

·         Review stock conversion report for cut ups and any reclassification ensuring proper postings to the stock ledger/locations and reconcile to supporting documentation.

·         Ensure accurate posting of Inventory materials usage, including valuation and reconciliation to stock ledger /general ledger.

·         Input and update product-costing formulations in the system for new items.

Job Requirements

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or any other Business-Related Field

·         Minimum One (1) years’ experience in similar role

·         Extensive knowledge of Excel, Peachtree and ERP

·         High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of timeliness and results orientation

·         Self-motivated with strong team work skills.
