Job Requirement
Educational Qualification Required: BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or related field of study.
Work Experience: 8 years of relevant work experience.
Other skills
Proven interpersonal communication,
Fluency in English both spoken & written,
Highly motivated and those who can execute duties with least guidance are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in microsoft office & general computer software,AutoCAD,and related engineering Software.
In- depth understanding of construction,materials,pricing and industry.
Demonstrated knowledge of building construction, preparation of sepecifications for high – rise buildings, quantity surveying principles, and bid document preparation.
Age: Below 40 years
