Job Description

Materials Managers oversee a company's inventory and purchasing operations. They collaborate with engineers and designers to determine the materials needed to complete manufacturing or construction projects according to specifications, research vendors for those materials, then order them.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification/Requirements: BA degree from a recognized university/College in business administration, supplies management, purchasing and logistics management, and business management

  • Relevant Experience: 6 years and above relevant Professional experience in the manufacturing industry.2 years in a senior position

  • competencies: Good leadership, management, & communication skills, ability to use spreadsheet and ERP, database and other IT programs, writing skills, ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions quickly, ability to management of material resources
