Job Description
Healthcare institution managers supervise the operations of healthcare institutions, such as hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, home care services and elderly care institutions to ensure the organization meets requirements, the patients and residents are cared for, the organization is maintained and the necessary equipment present. They also supervise the staff and ensure record maintenance.
Job Requirement
Education:
Knowledge & experience in assessing HR capacity and forecast HR requirement and matching supply & demand of staffs & capable to conduct talent devel
elopement process.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the senior management team that provides overall company leadership and direction.
Excellent organizational management skills.
Experience in General Service.
Work Experience: 5 years in human resources and above
Additional Skill Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Public administration, Business Management, experience in hospital and health care centers administration is preferable.
Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
Expert to problem-solving and conflict resolution
Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
