Job Description
Perform inspection, installation, operation, repair and maintenance of medium (13800) and (400) low voltage electrical systems and associated equipment
Reads and interprets electrical blueprints and schematics
Maintain and repair of electrical switches, circuit breakers, controls systems, and other circuit elements found in medium voltage and low voltage electrical distribution systems
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), whether used for Distributive Control Systems (DCS) or emergency lighting, located throughout the factory,
Must be knowledgeable in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Process Controls/DCS or Infrared Thermography
Inspects electrical systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes
Works on PLC control systems for all factory equipment,
Repair manufacturing breakdown lines safely and efficiently
PM, Troubleshoot and Repair all types of electrical and electronic equipment failures on production machines including circuit breakers, transformers, substation breakers and controls, AC and DC motors, contactors, capacitors, transformers, process equipment and electronic control system devices including variable speed motor controllers (AC, DC, Servo drive), signal transmitters and converters
Safely shut down electrical systems and/or equipment to allow for inspections, renovations, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting of process control instruments and related systems.
Repair all factory equipment during maintenance.
Job Requirement
Minimum of Bsc degree/ Level III in electrical engineer and related fields,
Minimum of two years (2-years) of work experience as electrician in manufacturing companies. (FMCG, Plastic, Beverage, Water)
