Job Description
EducationSupervisors manage the day-to-day activities of a higher education institution, such as a college or vocational school. Heads of higher education institutions make decisions concerning admissions and are responsible for meeting curriculum standards, which facilitate academic development for the students. They manage staff, the school's budget, campus programmes and oversee the communication between departments.
Job Requirement
Qualification: In Educational Administration stream degree or above
Experience : 2 years
Abilities and skills required
Ability to make independent decisions and Judgments on routine procedural issues
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Place of work: Andinet Education and Training PLC, Addis Ababa
N.B
1st& 2nd degree should be similar or vertical for applicants.
Minimum CGPA for BSc / BA should be 3.25 for Male Candidates & 3.00 for Female candidates and for those with Second Degrees Minimum CGPA requirements are 3.5 for Male and 3.35 for Female candidates.
Thesis Result Grade: B+, very good or above.
