Purpose of the Job: Under the general direction and supervision of the OPERATIONS DIRECTOR, REGIONAL/BRANCHS OPERATION MANAGER is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of their company’s regional branches, to ensure that each branch is operating efficiently and effectively, developing new ways to improve the performance of their branches or the entire company and gathering extensive data to produce progress reports and presentations and also address issues and concerns, dealing and resolving them in a timely and professional manner to lead and encourage the operational workforce, all while implementing the company's operational policies and regulations in regional, and central offices.
DETAIL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and contribute to the organization for capital expenditure.
Achieve financial objectives by forecasting requirements, reviewing annual budgets, payroll expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
Manage a team of database administrators, database technicians and systems administrators responsible for maintaining all production, development and QA systems.
Assure operational adherence to the ISO process, via audit reviews, spot checks and mentorship.
Conduct site safety evaluations and OSHA compliance evaluations.
Cultivate multiple KPIs allowing for the determination of operational delivery efficiencies and results.
Conduct monthly operational meetings covering preventative maintenance, performance, energy updates and OSHA safety training.
Lead branch personnel in launching consumer loan operations; develop inter-office operational policies and procedures and oversight its implementation.
Review reports from branches regarding performance, customer service, and compliance issues.
Develop new customer relationships and manage existing client relationships to increase sales and profits.
Monitor regional operations and recommend changes to improve productivity.
Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality control.
Manage the day-to-day regional operations of a branch location, including hiring, training, and coaching employees.
Manage budgets and planning expenditures within the branch’s operating constraints to ensure profitability.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the branch meets its operational goals.
Develop new services based on current industry trends or consumer demand.
PhD/Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience out of which three (3) years at the Senior Leadership level, eight (8) years of demonstrated experience out of which four (4) years at Senior Leadership level or nine (9) years of demonstrated experience out of which six (6) years at Senior Leadership level respectively
