Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Psychiatric Nurse or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Assesses beneficiaries’ MHPSS needs, including GBV survivors, their personal situation and, strengths in order to develop plans to improve their well-being.  - Delivers one-on-one (Individual) and group counselling sessions to identified beneficiaries according to the logical framework and create links with organizations working on MHPSS services. - Conducts group counselling sessions or support groups for special needs e.g., PLHIV, GBV survivors, caregivers of children with nutrition needs.

Master’s Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Management, Psychology, Sociology, Development Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the coordination and daily management of programme components within the Program Framework.  - Support the development and refinement of programme tools, guidelines, and training materials. - Draft sections of proposals, concept notes, and donor reports.

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop culturally appropriate counseling tools, conduct needs assessments (rapport development) and maintain confidential case records; - Provide individual, group and family counseling using culturally appropriate and trauma-informed approaches. - Conduct counseling sessions for survivors of GBV, and vulnerable women and children.
