Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems Ensure compliance with legal requirements, accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Find ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business process.
Aid management in financial decisions.
Maintain up to date financial system knowledge
Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses.
Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance
9 plus years of experience Skills
Good strategic thinking,
Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
Strong leadership skill
Real estate experience is mandatory.
