Main Duties
Specialists share their knowledge with and support PSSRs, ISRs, Counter Sales and others at the dealership to raise the bar against competitors from all coverage angles.
Specialists work closely with PSSRs, ISRs, Parts Counter, Service, principal product supplier and directly with customers to ensure maximum value solutions are provided to the customer and service opportunities are highlighted throughout the life cycle.
Specialists are the conduit between principal product supplier and the dealership associated with their represented parts product(s)
Collect all population like transport, Construction and power industries and generate opportunity to work with sales team and customers
Follow up on sales leads and report timely.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering or equivalent from recognized University
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum 4 (Four) years of relevant work experience in Parts & Service Sales related activities
Other Requirements
Ability to identify opportunity, trends, competition and deliver best in class solutions
Ability to write routine reports and effective correspondence.
Excellent communication skill in spoken and written English. Technical English language skills required
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office & other operational Software
2nd Grade Driving License
