Job Description

  • Follow and make monthly payment to utility and government organizations

  • Reconcile daily cash sales summery with shipment and cash deposit

  • Collect cheques from distributors and drivers as needed and on time deposit of collected cheques and cash

  • Collect necessary supporting documents from banks

  • Make sure all deposit made on time and at the correct amount

  • Prepare the report for any differences on daily report sheet

Job Requirements

Minimum of BA degree in accounting and finance from a recognized university

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

Candidates who have experience in a FMCG company are preferred.

Microsoft excel knowledge is mandatory.

Live in near to Lebu

Willing to work in flexible working hours.
