We are looking to grow our company and looking for architect/ interior designers

Architects investigate, design, and oversee the construction and development of buildings, urban spaces, infrastructure projects, and social spaces. They design in accordance with the surroundings and regulations applicable in specific geographic areas, taking into account factors that include function, aesthetics, costs, and public health and safety.

Location: - Bole Medhanialem / New Bright tower next to mafi city mall / 1st floor

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.

• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

• Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.

• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.

Required Skills & Knowledges:

• Candidates should be self-sufficient and work independently.

• Candidates should be able to prepare bill of quantities for the design works to determine basic cost of the projects and prepare preliminary execution schedule for the construction

• Candidates should be able to produce 3D models, working drawings, specifications, illustrations, animations and other tasks as delegated by the company.

• Candidates should have a good experience on space planning, interior design & presentation, etc

• Candidates are also required to have working knowledge on Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines to prepare detail drawings as well as working drawings.

• Candidates should have adequate knowledge of building materials which will be used for architectural and interior design works

• Candidates should Manage project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.

• Software skills of 3DsMax V-ray rendering, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop Post production

Job Requirements:

• BSc Degree in Architecture or in a related field of study

Experience:

• Must have a 4 year and above on interior design is mandatory
