Job Description

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for the delivery of excellent Customer service to all external and internal customers. You are also responsible for the provision of accurate and efficient secretarial, clerical, cashier, reception, records, administration, and backfilling support.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification: BA  degree in  Accounting, Accounting  &  Finance, Management, Business Management, Marketing Management, Economics, Banking & Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field of study.

Work experience: not required.

• The required Cumulative GPA is 2.75 and above for males, and 2.50 and above for female

• Only graduates of 2021 and 2022 shall apply

• Age must be below 30 years (inclusive)
