Job Summery

The Senior Accountant is responsible to oversees the company’s accounting department. They take ownership for every aspect that goes into producing an organization ‘s report from cost productive and margins all the way down to expenditures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Verify Cash and bank reconciliation Report monthly and follow up long outstanding, and deposit in transit.

·         Check Account Payable reconciliation with controlling Accounts.

·         Verify E-tax report.

·         Check Payroll and follow up the payment in due time.

·         Check and follow-up Expert employee (Foreigner) salary.

·         Check CPV, PCPV, and JV, coded and posted according to business type.

·         Check, follow-up and make payment all bank overdraft loan and term loan according to loan agreement.

·         Check the reconciled petty cash document; its counts and give direction for replenishment.

·         Verify the payment and signed on the place certified by.

·         Support month-end and year-end close process (IFRS REPORT).

·         Maintaining vender account after approval.

·         Prepare fixed asset and all related schedule Via-email.

·         Prepare and post adjusting journal entries.

·         Identify and reconcile any financial discrepancies on general accounting department.

·         Spot errors and suggests ways to improve efficiency.

·         Prepare monthly first draft financial report and report via-email.

·         Prepare and assist with developing audit schedules for the annual audit.

·         The reports should reliable, Complete, timely, and based on defined format and frequency

·         Supporting and control junior staff.

·         Perform all other duties as & when assigned by the Finance Senior Staff.

Education/Professional Designations

• Education: At least a University Degree in Accounting

• IFRS Certification is advantageous

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of proven and progressive work experience preferably in Garment manufacturing.
