Purpose

The purpose of this position is to plan, direct & coordinate the activities of the climate adaptive resilience building project to which s/he is assigned. Among other things, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing tasks of community mobilization, and capacity building, identifying factors of vulnerability and implementing measures of climate adaptive resilience building, facilitating the implementation of natural resource conservation and ecosystem restoration and functionality initiatives, promoting NR-based green enterprises and related on/off farm livelihood diversification activities, enhanced agro-ecologically and nutrition-sensitive food production, facilitate market linkages and value chain development of communities, and liaise with relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirement

Qualification: MSc/BSc in Environmental SC, NRM, DRM, Plant Science or related fields.

Experience :3 years MSc or 5 years BSc with relevant experience
